G20 Summit Schedule

The G20 Summit 2023 schedule is as follows:

9:30am to 10:30am: Leaders and heads of delegations will arrive at the summit venue, Bharat Mandapam, and participate in a welcome photograph session with Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the Tree of Life Foyer. Subsequently, they will convene in the Leaders’ Lounge on Level 2 at Bharat Mandapam.

10:30am to 1:30pm: The first session, titled ‘One Earth,’ will be conducted at the Summit Hall within Bharat Mandapam, followed by a working lunch.

1:30pm to 3:30pm: Bilateral meetings between leaders and heads of delegations will be held during this time.

3:30pm to 4:45pm: The second session, ‘One Family,’ will take place at the summit venue, after which leaders will return to their respective hotels.

7pm to 8pm: Leaders and heads of delegations will arrive for dinner, commencing with a welcome photograph upon arrival.

8pm to 9pm: A dinner event will be hosted.

9pm to 9:45pm: Leaders and heads of delegations will convene once again in the Leaders’ Lounge at Bharat Mandapam to conclude the day’s proceedings.

On September 10th:

8:15am to 9am: Leaders and heads of delegations will arrive in their individual motorcades at Rajghat for a signing ceremony of the peace wall within the Leaders’ Lounge at Rajghat.

9am to 9:20am: World leaders will lay wreaths at Mahatma Gandhi’s Samadhi, followed by a live performance of Mahatma Gandhi’s favorite devotional songs. Afterward, leaders and heads of delegations will proceed to the Leaders’ Lounge at Bharat Mandapam.

9:40am to 10:15am: Leaders and heads of delegations will gather at Bharat Mandapam.

10:15am to 10:30am: The schedule concludes at this time.
